Locally owned and operated, MobilityOne® serves the Greater Sacramento Area from our Sales & Service Center in Roseville, CA. We are "Loli and Pop" (Lolipop), semi-retired grandparents of three. We started MobilityOne® so folks like you and us would be able to try, test drive and experience the freedom of mobility first hand before making an important purchase.

SOME FRIENDLY ADVICE

Mobility scooters and powerchairs should never be purchased sight unseen or online. There are too many unknown factors involved. For instance, personal comfort as well as your actual ability to fit, operate safely, and load into your vehicle. Purchasing used, from a private party, is risky and comes with no warranty. YouTube videos are indeed helpful but able-bodied people making claims of how light weight or easy something is to use can often be misleading. Don't even get me started on the heavy crates (100lb or more), overwhelming amount of packaging and styrofoam everywhere... Then, who will service it? What if you don't like it? Repackaging and returning? Restocking fees?... UGH
